Ayubowan, We welcome all of you who have come to Sri Lanka! After a very tiring flight, you finally arrive at Bandaranaike Airport and proceed to your vehicle with a warm welcome from our driver. If you prefer, you can have a cup of tea first. After a hot tea, you can continue to your accommodation in Negombo. After a few hours of relaxation, you go on a lagoon safari. Visiting the city of Negombo and Browns Beach is possible after the safari. There, you can see charming restaurants with different local and foreign cuisines. After an enjoyable evening, head back to your accommodation.
Today, you will travel to the ancient fortress of Sigiriya. The most important feature of this area, which has a very ancient history, is the Lion Rock. After many views, such as fields, rivers, waterfalls, various villages, and cities, you will enter Sigiriya. First go to the accommodation prepared for you and take some rest. After such a short rest, get ready to climb the Lion Rock of Sigiriya. You will be taken there in the evening when there is no sunlight because climbing in the sun is tiring. In this way, explore the Lion Rock with your driver. After an adventurous exploration, you are free to spend the evening in the Sigiriya village. In this way, spend time until nightfall and travel back to your accommodation.
On the second day, you travel to a special area in Sri Lanka. That is the kingdom of Kandy. So, it's time to say goodbye to the day spent in Sigiriya and leave for Kandy. On the way, you can see another special place. That is the Dambulla Cave Temple. After taking blessings from Dambulla Cave Temple, start your journey back to Kandy. In Kandy, your first attraction place is the most special in Kandy. That is the Temple of the Tooth. After taking the blessings there, start a city tour of Kandy. Shops in the city sell Sri Lankan traditional ornaments, dresses, Gems, and wooden souvenirs, so you can buy something you like.
The fourth day of your adventure is spent in Little England. Then, get ready to go there. You will find a gorgeous waterfall when you go from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya. Its name is Ramboda waterfall. If you prefer, you can view this waterfall from near the main road or by traveling up the road. After visiting it, visit the Damro Tea Factory. There, you will have the opportunity to experience tea picking, explore tea production, and taste various types of tea. Your journey back to Nuwara Eliya will begin after a collection of tea-related experiences like that. After a lot of new experiences that you have incorporated into your travel life, your journey begins again. The most famous place in Nuwara Eliya is Gregory Park. It is your first stop in the Nuwara Eliya.
After your morning meal, get ready to leave for Ella. Its first tourist destination will be the Nine Arch Bridge. This old bridge, built during the colonial era, still serves as a great service for transportation. Since there is a short walk to that place, leave your luggage in the vehicle and travel with your driver. After that, you can go to the accommodation prepared for you in Ella and get ready to travel to your second tourist destination in the evening. That is, to travel to Adam's Peak. To travel to Adam's Peak, you have to climb it on foot. The road is quite narrow. But due to the beauty of the place, many people are constantly hanging out there, so it is not dangerous to travel. After climbing the mountain, you can spend the evening at the Rawana Pool Club.
Since the last six days have been busy, today is your leisure day. It will be at the Mirissa beach. So, get ready for your new experience in the morning. Before reaching Mirissa, you will be taken to another special place. That is the Upper Diyaluma Falls with natural pools. Since you have to travel through a forest to reach this place and the falls are pretty deep, it is mandatory to get the help of a guide. Therefore, your journey will include a guide at the starting point. If you wish, you can take a bath there and start your journey back to Mirissa. Immediately after reaching Mirissa, you can first visit Coconut Hill. After that, as no other activities are scheduled for today, spend the rest of your time as you wish.
Spend also the day today relaxing on the Mirissa beach.
Today is the last day of your trip. That is, the day you are scheduled to end your trip and leave Sri Lanka. So, get ready for a whale-watching safari early in the morning. It is a 5 or 6-hour safari. After whale watching, transfer to Hikkaduwa. There you can spend time with the turtles. Then, as your flight approaches, leave for the airport.
