Where to see elephants in Sri Lanka?

Sri Lanka is a paradise where elephants can be seen in abundance. National parks such as Udawalawe, Minneriya, and Kaudulla can be introduced as places most famous for elephants. You can also visit places like the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage and the Udawalawe Elephant Migration Home to spend time with elephants. There, they house baby elephants that have been lost in the wild. So, they are nurtured and cared for until they reach adulthood. By exploring the national parks, elephants can be seen in herds. But it is not possible to go near them or touch them. However, elephant orphanages and sanctuaries have many opportunities to spend time with elephants, bathe them, and feed them.
