When will I get my final Sri Lanka hotel vouchers?

Your Sri Lankan travel agency will send out the actual hotel vouchers, plus your complete travel papers, 7 to 14 days before your set arrival date.

Those papers get released only after the final tour payment balance is fully paid. The voucher set will list the confirmed hotel reservation numbers, meal plan particulars, internal flight tickets (if needed), and the emergency contact details for your named guide. You can then use those reservation details to call the hotels directly and double-check your booking before you board your flight.
