Can I request a specific chauffeur guide by name?

If a friend or an online review mentioned a particular chauffeur guide, you can just say so when you book. During the booking process, you can explicitly ask for that person. Most agencies will happily assign your preferred guide as long as they are not already scheduled for another tour.

Since the best guides are in very high demand, you should place the request months ahead of time. If that guide is not available, the agency will pair you with someone who has a similar level of know-how, comparable language ability, and a matching demeanour.
